Scholarships

One of the goals of the Allen Bass Fund is to help as many children as possible experience
the many opportunities for learning and growth at Camp Bil-O-Wood. Each year, the Allen
Bass board of directors, with input from Bil-O-Wood staff, award several scholarships to
needy campers. The scholarships are awarded primarily on financial need, but an applicant’s
connection to Bil-O-Wood and his or her potential contribution to Bil-O-Wood are also
important factors.

Scholarship applications are available from Camp Bil-O-Wood or by contacting an Allen Bass
board member (go to the Organization link for contact information). Applicants can also
download a PDF version of the application and print it off their own computer. A link to the
PDF version is below; you will also need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the PDF

The deadline for an application is February 15 and awards are made on or about April 1. We encourage applicants to be complete and neat in their applications. If you have questions, contact an Allen Bass board member. Thank you.
